I’m an English-speaking Coach who is passionate about helping people thrive and reach their goals!
I love learning which has led me to complete multiple studies as well as support other students in their academic journeys. Also, as an adult Third Culture Kid and Expat, I have an understanding of some of the challenges that come with living and studying abroad. I offer this additional layer of personal experience, cultural sensitivity and empathy when working with international students.
*Education*
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge (Natural Sciences, specialised in Experimental Psychology), a master's degree from the University of Warwick (Clinical Applications of Psychology) and a master's degree from UCL (Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition). I have also completed a 2-year diploma in coaching and counselling.
*Professional experience*
I previously tutored students in the fields of psychology, mental health studies basic statistics and critical thinking for 8+ years and have been coaching for over 3 years.

Who can benefit from academic coaching?
Academic coaching is for any student, regardless of where you are in your academic journey. Whether you're in your first year, an exchange student, returning after a leave of absence, or an A+ student who wants to make the most of your university experience, I'll meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
Practicalities:
- Sessions last 50 minutes and take place in Amsterdam (we can discuss where in the first conversation) or online (Zoom).
- The duration of the coaching process varies from student to student. Some students reach their goal after a couple of sessions while other students want longer-term support.
- Please note that an academic coach is not a tutor or academic advisor.
