My lessons blend Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, strength-building flows, breathwork, guided meditation, and different meditative techniques, along with mantra chanting and sound healing for deeper inner balance. Each session is personalised, mindful, and designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, weight loss, postpartum recovery or a deeper connection with yourself. and connect with your body and breath. Suitable for beginners to intermediate students.
