I’m Elisa, an experienced Early Years Teacher and certified Kids Life Coach with over a decade of experience in international and British education. Originally from Spain, I’ve lived and worked abroad for more than 16 years — teaching in the Netherlands, the UK, and Spain — which has shaped my open-minded, flexible, and empathetic approach to working with children from diverse backgrounds.
My passion lies in helping children not only learn but thrive emotionally and socially. Through my background in education, child psychology, and emotional intelligence, I aim to guide each child in discovering their own strengths, building confidence, and developing healthy emotional tools that will benefit them throughout life.
I believe that every child deserves to feel understood, valued, and empowered. My sessions are built on connection, trust, and creativity — where learning happens naturally through curiosity, self-expression, and play.

s a Kids Life Coach and experienced Early Years Teacher, my lessons are designed to nurture each child’s emotional well-being, confidence, and love for learning. I combine my background in education and child psychology with coaching techniques that help children understand their emotions, develop resilience, and build a positive mindset toward themselves and their learning journey.
A typical session begins with a short check-in to help the child express how they feel and set an intention for the session. We then move into activities tailored to their age, needs, and personality — from creative storytelling and emotional regulation games to reflective exercises that build self-awareness and confidence. Every lesson finishes with a moment of reflection, helping the child recognize their progress and strengths.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and intuitive — always adapting to the child in front of me. I believe in creating a safe, positive space where children feel seen, heard, and capable.
These sessions are ideal for children who may need emotional support, confidence building, help managing transitions, or simply a space to grow their inner strength and joy for learning.
