I adapt every session to the every unique person, taking in consideration their goals, preparation level and personality. I never give exactly the same training twice and I methodically change the training program every 2-3 months to be sure we stay on course.
My tennis coaching career started back in 2014 with children, in 2015 I started working as a fitness coach for adults (injury prevention/sport-specific training). In 2017 I moved to Netherlands starter a new education ( International sport management) and continued working as coach in Amsterdam and The Hague. I have received a coaching certificate here in The Netherlands as well last year.
