Methodology
My teaching philosophy is built on simplicity and consistency. I focus on making training understandable and practical, rather than overly complicated. My goal is to equip each client with the knowledge and confidence to train independently while understanding why they are doing each movement. Every program is tailored using critical thinking, assessing the individual’s capacity, body mechanics, and specific goals to design the most efficient and effective approach possible.
Lesson Structure
A typical session includes:
Reviewing progress from previous sessions
Making adjustments based on feedback and performance
Planning and explaining upcoming sessions
A short Q&A to clarify doubts or refine understanding
What Makes My Lessons Different
I combine elements from multiple disciplines — including circuit training, calisthenics, and functional fitness — without overloading the schedule. Each workout focuses on “bang-for-buck” exercises and mastering the basics, ensuring maximum progress in minimal time.
