I am a certified cross-cultural trainer (Interchange Institute Washington DC) consultant, coach and author, with a passion for people and diversity.
Being asked to be a lecturer for the International students at the Fontys University in Tilburg. On Dutch Culture & Language. Is one of the things that I enjoying doing.
My trainings, workshops and talks are designed to:
empower you with skills that enable them to be make the transition between cultures smoothly and to be culturally efficient.
To understand the expectations of an international work place or host country. Regardless of which country or culture they may be working in. They will be competent in dealing with it.

Born in Nepal, brought up in India in an international environment. Traveled intensively & now living in The Netherlands for over 27 years. And worked for the Dutch government for 17 years.
AUTHOR
Having lived and worked with diversity in the East I now live and work with diversity in the West. As an experienced professional I wrote a book
‘Dutch-ess from the Himalayas’ which did catch the eye of the local newspaper and the National Dutch radio interviewed me. This book is written to inspire people living between cultures.
Through my second book ‘Wanneer culturen elkaar ontmoeten’ (Dutch) I give the key to working successfully across cultures to my readers.
