Hi, welcome to my profile!
My name is Silvia, I am 26 years old and originally from Italy but currently living in Amsterdam.
After 15 years of ballet and jazz, I started practising Pilates and perceived its fantastic benefits. Thus, I decided to embark on the path of becoming a teacher by certifying myself in Pilates Matwork at the Federazione Italiana Fitness (FIF) in 2022 and then attending the PLTS academy at the Amsterdam studio in 2023 to specialise in Pilates Reformer.

I believe in the power of body expression and the joy that comes from its fluidity. I try to conduct classes that combine the enthusiasm of movement with the fundamentals of Pilates, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness. This discipline not only invigorates the body, but also acts as a refuge for the mind, promoting relaxation. Through this journey, I aspire to share the transformative benefits of Pilates, promoting a community that embraces movement, vitality and the deep connection between body and mind.
I currently work as a Pilates Matwork and Pilates Reformer teacher at two studios in Amsterdam and offer (online) Pilates Matwork classes suitable for all ages, from beginner to more advanced levels. My lessons can be conducted in both Italian and English.
*The first lesson will be free of charge so that we can understand what the client's needs are and to be able to draw up a personalised plan that aims to improve the connection between mind and body*.
