Hi! I am Marjolein and I teach yoga, meditation and connected breath to small groups for more than twenty years.
I am an internationally certified yoga and connected breath teacher.
It is my passion to guide people into loving and enjoying their body and relaxing deeper.
Yoga is also very effective to stay healthy, flexible and balanced. It betters various problems such as lower back pain, mental issues, burn out or stress.
I have seen people healing from all kinds of diseases and imbalances. Yoga is a very powerful tool when taught in the right way.
Thematic lessons such as nervus vagus, nerve system, psoas, fascia are possible as well.

Yoga is one of the most powerful techniques to stay healthy & balanced. Even doctors nowadays refer to yoga lessons in case of body issues or stress related issues.
I teach real yoga (mix of hatha, kundalini & yin) so it's calm, quiet with a lot of focus in stretching, breath and deeply feeling into the body.
If you have a group of 5 people I can teach online or on location (20km from Leiden) 35 pp per month. I also offer private yoga for 40 per hour.
Ik also teach therapeutically for specific body problems in order to better them or to revalidate after an accident or operation (lower back issues, knee, shoulder etc)
