I am an Engineer by Profession who has been practising Yoga for the last 10 years.
I would like to share my knowledge about Yoga and Meditation and the benefits of Yoga on the Body and the Mind through teaching.
I mostly practice Iyengar style of Yoga (Just an addition being the use of props while doing some of the Asanas to help the practice)
I am also into Meditation and practice Vipassana style of meditation.
I have completed my Teachers Training Course in 2013 and I was teaching Yoga in Bangalore during my free hours after work
I have moved to Eindhoven last year and would like to teach Yoga to interested people.

I have been practising Yoga for the last 10 years and have experienced first hand benefits of a healthy body and a sound mind through regular practice of Yoga.
I follow the BKS Iyengar style of Yoga,having trained under 2 different students of BKS Iyengar.
It involves the use of props in some of the Asanas which might be helpful for people with all levels of experience.
Yoga:
A typical class would start with a Warm-up (Mostly suryanamaskars),followed by specific set of exercises every day like Forward Bends,Backward Bends,Balancing and Breathing at the End.
The sequence of Yoga everyday is to ensure that there is a gradual improvement in the Asana practice without too much stress on the body.
Meditation:
I generally make it a point to practice(during my self practice) 1 hour of Vipassana Meditation per week.
This can be included in the Practice if the student wishes to
