Over Ujjwal
I’m Ujjwal, a film professional, visual artist, and teacher with over 15 years of experience across films, advertising, and art.
My journey started in fine arts and later moved into filmmaking with a master’s in film design, I also taught film production and production design for more than six years in a premier film school. Over time, I’ve worked on large-scale film productions, visual campaigns, and independent creative projects, while also exploring painting, writing, and storytelling in different forms.
But more than what I’ve done, what matters to me is how we learn to see.
My approach is not just about teaching skills, it’s about training your eye, your sensitivity, and your way of thinking. Whether you’re interested in filmmaking, photography, design, or any creative field, I help you understand how images, stories, and emotions actually work.
I believe every person has a unique creative voice. My role is to help you find that, through observation, discussion, and practical exploration.
If you’re someone who wants to go beyond surface-level learning and really engage with art and storytelling, we’ll get along well.

This course is about sensitising your eyes and mind learning how to truly see, observe, and read art and films.
It’s a foundation-level journey for graduates or anyone who wants to move towards being an artist, photographer, designer, filmmaker, or simply a more aware creative person.
Through a mix of critical ideas and practical assignments, we’ll explore how images, films, paintings, and even poetry communicate, how meaning is built, and how you can begin to express yourself through them.
The focus is not just on technique, but on developing your own voice, your own way of seeing.
This is as much about understanding art as it is about finding yourself within the process.
