Over Özgür
I’m Özgür, a professional piano teacher based in Maastricht. I have been teaching piano to students of all ages and levels since 2019.
I completed a piano minor during my bachelor studies and graduated from Conservatorium Maastricht with a Master’s degree in Classical Tuba Performance, giving me a strong and well-rounded musical foundation.
I am passionate about making lessons fun, engaging, and inspiring, so students enjoy learning while developing their skills. I also teach basic music theory and solfège to help students truly understand the music they play.

In my piano lessons, enjoyment and motivation are at the heart of the learning process. I believe that learning music should be fun, engaging, and inspiring, not boring. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace.
Lessons are suitable for all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. In addition to piano playing, I also teach basic music theory and solfège, helping students understand the music they play, not just reproduce it.
Lessons are available in English, Dutch, and Turkish, and can take place at my studio or at the student’s home and the first lesson is for FREE.
