Over Thygo
I am passionate about the concept "learning". For years, I have been trying to understand what that means in the first place, what is learning? What exactly are we doing here? How can I see that I am learning? What is the point of this in the first place?
My school career in higher education is reaching the 5-year mark. From experience, I understand that it is not easy, and we start asking some questions not just about school but to ourselves. Such as 'am I good enough'?
Let me tell you, I understand this better than anybody else. I focus on helping you ask the right questions and building an answer that is justified.
My approach is based on self assessment. From doing research in education to improve learning outcomes in university, I believe and see that it is not about getting the correct answer, but evaluating whether your answer is correct.
I am a person who will challenge you to think, will help you make those words in your book make sense. Passing an exam is nice for a day, but it is important that you do not just forget everything after the exam but build further on the theory. The latter is important so that you will not struggle with future classes because you lack the fundamentals because of rote memorizing a book.
I teach you how to think, so you will not just pass your exam, but pass future exams with less effort. Memorizing a book for a day will work for some part in education, but not in real life. Preparing oneself for the real world is still one of the main goals in education. So, let's become prepared

Education is not about rote memorising a textbook but about building clarity in the mind. I notice that students struggle to see the relevance of all the "boring theory" and think that they'll never use it in their lives. Well, I promise you that learning is all around you; I promise you that you will change the way you look at everything, making you eager to know more and to learn more!
As Benjamin Franklin once said, "knowledge is the best investment", and boy is he right. Taken together with the saying of Immanuel Kant "Experience without theory is blind..." your view on education will change forever, the way you will learn will change forever. I aim to teach you how to fish, not give you a fish.
Learning is not always easy, especially in today's classroom settings. That's where I come in. I'm here to help you understand what's going on, to guide you in creating an intuitive understanding of your class material. Together, we can navigate through the abstractions that academics often love so much. Once you grasp the purpose of your subjects, you'll find that rote memorization is no longer necessary. You'll be able to answer exam questions with common sense and logic.
Don't get me wrong, you'll still have to put in the effort! Aristotle said, the roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet, well let me help you digest those roots. It is good to be informed, but better to be educated!
I am a final year MBA student that loves to study outside his fields. Because of this, I can help you with a broad range of subjects and help you see the connections between them. You'll notice that most principles in subjects are based on the same, which is philosophy, the foundation of all.
