Over Marijke
Growing up with a strong love for movement, I am currently teaching individual and small group-sessions.
These sessions are based on a movement-repetoire which I ve been building up over the years.
Starting as a child with lots of gymnastics and dance, which later on turned into partner-acrobatics.
Nowadays I incorporate in my sessions strength and flexibility exercices, while focussing on increasing body-awareness in and in between each movement.
I've been certified in gymnastics coaching ( children-and adults),
Yoga ( hatha- and vinyasa and children yoga ) ,
Massage ; Heppie-massage( massage for all, but focus on children with adhd, oversensitivity, down syndrome )

I love to keep a holistic approach to movement:
Every sessions there will be looked at to each individual as we all have a different body and different strength and weaknesses. Based on this I will use a blend of more more flow-and or static movements.
