I typically learn about who my student is so I can go at their pace so they feel comfortable and safe to ask questions. I have taught students from 12 to 16. My classes are usually 1.5 hours, I help my students understand the purpose of math rather than forcing them to memorize the equations. Learning the application makes it easier for students to remember the math and preform better. I also do exam preparation and technique.
