Over FEDERICA
I am currently studying chemistry in the Netherlands on an undergraduate level. I have lived in Italy and attended the scientific high school (Liceo) of Ravenna, the city I grew up in. However, I spent one year in Denmark and attended the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programma, a.y. 2019/2020. That's when I fell in love with teaching and sharing my knowledge about my native culture and language. Since then, I have been tutoring kids in english and I would love to follow new students (not only kids!) in italian. I am so willing to see my students' achievements that you will never feel judged by me for any mistakes you might do. I have been there too!

My lessons are structured in such a way to guarantee flexibility and fluency when trying to face an actual conversation. I personally like to teach a bit of grammar per time and try to use it in the exact same lesson together with new vocabulary and little tips only a native speaker can give. I've been offering english lessons in the past two years to middle school kids and I have fallen in love with the art of teaching and sharing new accomplishments and mistakes in the learning process we all face. I feel comfortable teaching to students who face the italian language for the first time in their life and are genuinely curious in the cultural aspects e.g. literature, history, idiomatic expressions, music. I am available in giving advice and following people who are trying to get an italian language certification too, I am quite experienced.
