I am a legal researcher originally from Japan, having studied in the Netherlands (Leiden and Utrecht). Teaching and learning languages have been a hobby for me for quite some time, and I have taught for about 3 years in total.
I am also passionate about various domains of creation, be it culinary or visual art. I would be delighted to speak with you about various aspects of Japanese culture. I am also able to teach many beautiful words in Japanese, as I am a linguist of sorts.

Depending on your necessities I am more than happy to design the lessons for you. We can discuss your expectations and requirements in our first lesson; but if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
My lessons would be suitable for those interested in strengthening all aspects of the language, whether it be reading and writing, or listening and speaking. Depending on your level, for homework, I may give a small quiz or you may write to me about a theme. I will correct your mistakes and focus on specific aspects to ensure that your proficiency increases drastically.
If you are starting to learn Japanese, we may converse very slowly. I will give you useful tips and phrases for enhancing your proficiency.
If you are a little more advanced, we may talk about dining, travelling, nostalgia, and so on. I am also happy to help you with a job interview, for a qualification, presentation, reading and writing in more academic contexts, or whatever else you may need assistance with.
