I am a master graduated of finance and accounting with a highly passion for people, reason for which I followed a didactic and vocational training as well as a HR course.
On top of that I am now specialising in the field of nutrition and coaching.
My goal is to help people have a good relationship with food and eat when and if they are hungry, as well as helping them understand their emotions, behaviours and so on.
I am a Superprof because I am experiencing the same as my students are: a change process, which sometimes can be hard, logicless and messy but in the end it is a big release, a blessing.

I am student centered and adapt very well at his needs and wants.
I am a good listener and I know that change comes from within- meaning that I guid the student and work with what he puts on table.
I have no strict rules or a magic potion to help my students loose weight, eat healtier, giving up emotional eating or whatever their goal would be.
We are working together at creating an easy applicable way for him/ her to acchieve the goals regarding nutrition, health, fitness and sport.
