My name is Amir and I am from Iran. When I was younger, I had the dream of becoming an electrical engineer. For doing that I needed to strengthen my mathematical and coding background. In Iran there is an entrance exam for universities, and I ranked 30th amongmore than a million peoplein that exam. This shows how much I managed to get good at math. Afterward I decided to continue in Econometrics and got a scholarship from Tilburg University to do it here. Which is why I am here now.The main reason that Iwant to teach, to be honest, is to earn extra cash and help my students to get better grades.

I am a very intuitive person in Math, that is why I managed to get a scholarship to The netherlands to study.When teaching my subjects, I would like to make sure the intuition behind is well conveyed. That is why I would like to teach the way of approaching the problem rather thn solving it. This way the student will be able to adjust their learning to new problems. The classes will be held in English.
