My name is Daniel Maciejewski and I am from Norway. I was studying the Japanese language since 2011 when I was attracted by the Japanese culture. During my university studies, I lived in Japan for more than 2 years in total, where I worked and studied. After I graduated Master's degree in Japanese studies, I have been teaching the Japanese language as a lecturer for the last 2 years at the University of Oslo in Norway. I am a very structured language self-learner, hence I know how to learn a language and the difficulties a language learner may encounter.

I will show my students a clear course plan before the course start. So you can get a general idea about the course, and also prepare yourself. In the first classes we will learn hiragana, katakana and basic greetings. Furthermore, we will also learn basic grammar structure, basic vocabulary and kanji.
