Over Ainoa
Hi! My name is Ainoa, and I am a professional classical flutist originally from Spain, currently based in Zwolle.
Music has been a huge part of my life since I was a child. I started playing the flute when I was 8 years old, and since then it has taken me to different cities and countries, allowing me to study, perform and meet wonderful musicians along the way.
I recently completed my Master’s degree in Classical Flute Performance at ArtEZ Academy of Music in Zwolle. Before moving to the Netherlands, I studied at the Conservatori Superior del Liceu in Barcelona.
I have experience performing in orchestras, ensembles and as a soloist in the Netherlands, Vienna, Spain, among others and I have also participated in competitions and auditions throughout my musical journey.
What I love most about music is that there is always something new to discover. As a teacher, I want to share that curiosity with my students and help them find their own way of expressing themselves through the flute.
I am a patient and enthusiastic person, and I believe that every student learns differently. Whether you are completely new to the flute or already have years of experience, I will always try to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where you can enjoy learning and improving.
I teach in English and Spanish, and I am currently learning Dutch. I look forward to meeting you!
