Hi!
I've studied psychology at the University of Groningen. I've also taught there statistics and scientific writing. Apart from that, I am a certified coach with specialisation in talent development.
Ever since I started my studies, I've found statistics to be a lot of fun, unlike almost all of my fellow students. Despite being not great at math, I understood the way statistics works very quickly. Ever since then, I've been trying to make others like or at least feel confident about statistics.
I've tutored friends and family. I've worked at the university as professor's assistant and as a researcher. I gave online classes during the pandemic. I helped people from different disciplines do the scientific analysis for their paper (physical education, sport science, sociology, linguistics...). I bet I could help you too!
Aside from all the professional stuff, I am very much into cooking and nutrition. My goal is to come up with delicious but balanced meals, I hate when healthy food actually tastes healthy. I love running but also just chilling with a book on my couch. Currently, I am intensively learning Dutch and reading Harry Potter. I own two cute dwarf parrots that often sit on my shoulder asI work.

I'm a psychologist educated at the University of Groningen. I specialise in teaching research methods, statistics, analysis, and scientific writing.
Aside from that, I have worked as a translator and English teacher for many years.
I'm offering classes that will help you write a research paper or literature analysis. I am also offering classes on statistics for social sciences on bachelor and master level.
My teaching methods are tailored to my students. As a certified coach, I will discuss my students' preferred learning methods and learning goals and design a programme that would fit their unique abilities.
