We start with an intake interview; there we discuss your goals, approach, what you encounter and how I can help.
I always prepare thoroughly; read the books, make a lesson plan, summaries, and make sure you master the material.

My psychology lessons are derived from methods in psychology. I use a person-centered approach, which just means that I teach based on my students' learning style. If you are more of a visual learner, I will teach through visual aids. If you are a verbal learner, I am happy to explain concepts to you verbally. The main thing is communication and consistency.
