I have many years felt isolated,I couldn't make sense of what love was, what is being responsible, why my parents behavelike this, lot of suffering plus an inteligence, i stopped asking the right questions at the age of 12, slowly i dare to ask for help, until i make peace with who we are, who I am, with the logic the reasoning, with the voice and the silence, and with love, with accepting love from myself. I also have a PhD in plasma physics, only because I wanted to understand how the universe works. And the biggest lesson, it is that I dont know!! But I am grateful for not knowing!!!

We check together where you are now, I share with you my own journey from feeling unsafe all the time with people, how I numbed my pain with "addictions", and how I "changed" by taking a leap of "faith" into the unknown: that maybe I actually deserved love, and my free will allows me to say both, yes, and no, to that question. Because that is radical acceptance, acceptance in hate, rejection, the ultimate act of self-love. Where I will no leave any part of ME behind, because although there is no obligation to love myself, I say YES to it. But if I say NO, that is ok too. That is how powerful is love, it has no condition.
I want to share the power of my path, with you, from human to human.
My lessons are inspired by non-violent communication, a love for us, a trust in us, both what we reject in us , and what we like from us. Because behind every behavior there is LOVE. And I trust you, you are doing the best you can.
I can go as deep as YOU want, you are the owner of this coaching.
My main group is high sensitive people, but everyone is welcome for a free intake.
- We can talk about, "why I cannot stop using my telephone/drinking/smoking/(any behavior)? " "I am ok if I behaved like that?" "Why people/my parents cannot be with my pain?"
