I teach yoga with a focus on balance between movement, breath, and awareness. I offer yoga flows designed to help you start your day with clarity or unwind after a busy day, allowing you to discover a sense of calm, presence, and surrender within the practice.
My approach combines dynamic flows with slower, mild, and restorative practices, so each student can progress at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
A typical lesson begins with a short grounding and breathing exercise, followed by a warm-up, then a sequence of Vinyasa or Hatha postures adapted to your level and energy. Sessions can be dynamic or slow depending on your needs. Each class ends with a cool-down and relaxation to help integrate the practice.
I emphasize clear guidance, alignment, and creating a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your body and mind. Classes are personalized and adapted to your experience level, physical condition, and personal goals.
