About Paul:
Australian born Paul Tulloch is a professional violist living in Amsterdam. He has more than a decade of teaching experience and has performed in Europe, America and Australia as an orchestral and chamber musician. He is co-founder of the Hortênsia Music Festival.

Violin and Viola Lessons - Professional and Experienced Teacher in North Holland
Hi there! I’m offering a great opportunity to those interested in developing their musical abilities through individual professional guidance.
- Violin or Viola lessons
- Lessons for students of all ages and levels of experience. Beginners to University Level.
- Flexible teaching style to fit your needs and interests.
No matter your level of prior experience, your lessons will always be centered on the joy of making music. We will work on developing a beautiful sound and building a technique that will allow you to perform the works that you love.
Throughout the lessons you will be provided with methods that enable you to examine and overcome any challenge that you face as you progress. You will be given the tools to independently continue your practice at home.
All styles of playing can be covered - from ornamentation in Baroque, or the operatic classicism of Mozart, to the romantic richness of Brahms or the impressionist fluidity of Debussy.
And apart from classical music, we can cover your favourites from Pop, Folk, and Film Soundtracks.
I aim to promote an artistic interaction around a common love for music. Whether you are looking for a new hobby or wanting to gain the fundamentals to pursue a professional career, my flexible teaching style will be able to fit your individual needs and interests.
