My name is Gwladys. I am a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher. While working 12 years in Tech, in very fast-moving organisations like Google and Huawei, I discovered yoga as a tool to help me cope with fast-changing environments and constant pressure. Yoga helped me to stay grounded in moments of uncertainty or stress. Apart from the scientifically approved benefits of yoga and meditation, I am myself deeply convinced from my own experience of the positive impact that yoga and meditation can have on your well-being and how it changes your reaction to stress situations. Looking for guidance that balances strength and flow? Or looking to release stress at the end of the day with a deep chill Yin session? With over 8 years of experience teaching Hatha & Vinyasa & Yin yoga, I offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to your unique journey. I give special tips that help release lower back pain or easy poses you can do at work on a chair. I start always with a few minutes of breathing exercises and I always finish with a guided meditation to help your body fully restore.
Location: Join me in-studio in Abcoude or from the comfort of your home online.
Language: All classes are conducted in English (can be also in French). Dutch is also possible (if you don't mind my French accent ;-)
Level: Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or are an experienced yogi looking to refine your practice, these lessons are designed for every body.
