FREELANCE FLUTIST - CROSS-GENRE MUSIC
Versatile flutist with a strong classical foundation and variety of orchestral experience. Often collaboration with the Metropole Orkest and have performed in major productions such The Lion King in Concert, Avond van de Filmmuziek, ft. Nabil and upcoming the tour trubute to Aretha Franklin! Played in leading venues like Concertgebouw, Ziggo Dome Amsterdam, Rotterdam Ahoy, Tivoli Vredenburg, Konzerthaus Berlin... Member in 2023 of the Jong Metropole Orkest, performing national/european tours and cross-genre projects with Bill Laurance, conducted by Simon Dobson and Chris Walden.
The classical orchestra background includes collaborations with the Málaga Symphony Orchestra, playing as a soloist with the Cordoba Orchestra, Baremboim Academy in Seville for two following years, the Nederlands Symfonie Project, touring with Anna Fedorova and Thomas Beijer, and other professional ensembles, performing in all flute positions, including piccolo and alto flute.
Alongside my performance career, I have completed a Master’s in Music Neuroscience, training in Psychology for Musicians, Alexander Technique private lessons and seminars and a Yoga Hatha training. I am deeply interested in innovative approaches to learning music, especially those connected to body awareness. As a teacher, I combine professional experience with a personalized and creative approach, helping students build solid technique while developing freedom, expression, and a deeper connection with their body and sound.

How much can the flute give you? More than you can imagine.
The flute is one of the most expressive and versatile instruments in the world — at home in classical music, jazz, pop, and global styles. It can be elegant, powerful, emotional, and fun… all at once.
As a classically trained flutist, I will give you a strong technical foundation so you can play with confidence, control, and beautiful sound. But that’s just the beginning!
As a cross-genre musician, I’ll also guide you beyond the sheet music:
Learn how to really play jazz with style and feeling
Explore improvisation in a natural and enjoyable way
Discover sounds and ideas from world music traditions
These lessons are not about rigid rules — they are about finding your own voice.
