The Bootcamp is given in circuits. To begin we do some stretching, followed by several exercises meant to bring the heart rate up, and warm our muscles, followed by circuits of bodyweight and some extra tools to challenge our strength capacity, then we train our core in Tabata style circuits. We finish it off it with some light stretching.
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have helped clients achieve their goals through physical training since 2016. Since mid-September 2020 I have begun giving boot camps where I train a group of people who want to get in better shape, these classes take place every Sunday at 10 AM in Sportcity Woluwe. A high-intensity interval training primarily done with body weight, and is for persons of all levels of fitness, due to the different variations available to each exercise.
