Do you want to start a career in a creative profession (as an employee, freelance, or intern) or are you looking to set up your own business but you can't manage to position yourself and find the opportunity that suits you the best?
About me :
I am Carla, during the past 17 years I have been working in Human-centered design, graphic design, and communication design.
Making my way from intern to Creative Director in Milan, then in Paris, and finally in Amsterdam. I have worked with several international brands and start-ups.
I recruited many creative profiles.
I worked as a mentor in schools and start-up accelerators.
I put know-how at service so that you can present yourself with confidence in your abilities, ready and equipped to face your new professional challenges.
I work in English, French and Italian.
Branding, self positioning, graphic design basics, storytelling, leadership and public speaking are my areas of expertise.
My objective :
Allow you to build a career plan based on your strengths and your qualities. Listening to you, and finding out what makes you really special.
To do this, we will start with coaching tools that will allow you to see your value more clearly and build on solid building blocks.
It's even more useful if you are starting from a professional context that no longer suits you and you need to recenter before putting yourself out there again.
Once the key has been found, we will work on the tools that will allow you to communicate it in the most effective way: whether your solution is a CV, an online portfolio, or a pitch document, we build it together using storytelling and effective communication.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AT WORK

This is how we can build your future working environment and put in place the tools that will lead you there.
_Workshop: 2 to 4 sessions depending on the case and needs_
STORYTELLING
Presenting yourself as well as presenting your business is a matter of storytelling.
Whether on your LinkedIn profile, on your site or during an interview, self-presentation is an essential tool.
In this module, we will learn the basics of storytelling and how to build effective and simple messages.
_Course and practice: 2 to 4 sessions depending on the case and needs_
BASIC GRAPHIC DESIGN
To write your CV as well as compose your portfolio or your site, you need to know how to present yourself visually to be effective and stand out.
We all know that a neat image makes the difference.
_Course: 2 sessions_
SELF BRANDING
In this module, we will talk about you as a new brand and we will see how to work or improve the tools that will be essential for your progress: your CV, your profile on professional social networks, your website, or your online portfolio.
Everything that represents you should be consistent and communicate the same values.
_Coaching/mentoring: minimum 2 sessions.
Review sessions are strongly recommended._
SPEAKING IN PUBLIC
Whether you are a professional or not, public speaking remains a difficult subject, even if the rules of good communication are simple.
In this course, you will learn how to organize an effective oral presentation. Whether it's for a large audience or just for one person, these tools will help you feel comfortable and enjoy speaking in public.
_Course: 2 sessions. Coaching and mentoring to practice are highly recommended._
