As a language learner myself, I understand how difficult it can be to speak in the target language. We often learn a bunch of words but struggle to form them into proper sentences. Traditional language teaching methods tend to focus on strict grammar memorization.
That can be helpful—don’t get me wrong—but for many students, memorizing grammar rules can feel overwhelming. That’s why, as a teacher, I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach. This means we’ll dive in and practice real communication, with the goal of using the target language in real-life situations.
CLT not only builds confidence in speaking but also improves grammatical proficiency—without the stress of constantly worrying about making mistakes. It’s a complete package: you develop both speaking skills and a solid grasp of grammar.
