I learn extremely quickly, and I have a lot of trouble finding a teacher who can keep up with me. She is not only extremely flexible and intelligent, but understands the correct arc for learning a language and keeps you grounded in her process as you go along.

From the very beginning, we spoke in 90-95% Spanish and went bit by bit until we were having full conversations in Spanish with ease.

Beth has been my Spanish teacher for more than 7 month and she has done a fantastic job at teaching me to speak the language and I would recommend her classes to all Spanish students.

During my time with Beth I have progressed from speaking no Spanish to passing my Dele B2 exam and being confident in both personal and business settings. When I began learning, her classes were always very well prepared, lots of fun and she is flexible around timings. I think the homework that she gives and corrects is additionally very useful to ensure that the knowledge gained during the class stays with you. For the preparation of the Dele exam, we had to get more serious and spent a lot of time working on grammar, vocabulary and ironing out issues with my pronunciation which gave me a lot of confidence going into the exam.

I would recommend learning a language to anyone and Beth´s classes are a great place to both start and to improve your Spanish!

When I met Beth, leaning to speak Spanish has become my new hobby and I love it.
I started the spanish courses about two years ago and never regretted it. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Beth as a teacher as she has always delivered the lessons in a manner that, not only captured all my attention but it was fun at the same time. Beth is a wonderful teacher to have. Very present and intuitive. She is able to create a perfect flowing lesson from very little background information at all. We dip in and out of natural conversation, games, exercises and grammar lessons in a very fluid way - which always keeps me engaged and interested (despite the fact that I have borderline ADHD and trouble concentrating). I have done a one-to-one hour session. I loved it, as she has great exercices, memo-techniques and tips to learn fast. She supports your effort and valorise it through out the session. Efficient and convivial. I really recommend her if you want to learn and improve your Spanish in fast and nice way.

Beth es una excelente profesora y la recomiendo. Es muy fácil hablar con ella, aunque mi habilidad para hablar en español es básica. Durante toda la clase fue muy paciente y me dejó intentar corregir mis errores yo mismo. Cuando tenía dificultades o me perdía algo, ella me ayudaba gentilmente a dar la respuesta correcta.

Beth is an excellent teacher and I recommend her. She is very easy to talk with, even though my ability to talk in Spanish is very basic. Throughout the class she was very patient and let me try an correct my errors myself. When I had difficulty or missed something she then gently assisted me to the correct response.

What a wonderful tutor! Beth was kind, encouraging, and adapted really well to my learning needs. I felt as if I spent every minute of our sessions learning only what I was excited to understand, and always came out of each lesson refreshed with new concepts to use in my Spanish journey. She also provided ample resources for deeper review after each meeting, so that I could really hone in on what we covered during the actual class. You won't regret signing up with Beth!

I was always a little apprehensive about taking Spanish classes. I was worried about time and how the classes would go. I came across Beth last summer and decided it would be great to give it a go. I learned Spanish with her for almost ten months and my Spanish has improved greatly! She entertained my frustrations with some of the rules of the language which didn't make any sense to me haha. I really enjoyed my classes with her, they were very fun, there was always laughter and sometimes snacks. Beth is a wonderful teacher! She understands you as an individual learner, provides additional support with resources if you need it, and is understanding when you may need to reschedule.

"I got to know Beth around a year ago. Once I moved to Barcelona, she was my first host for 10 days. I had a very pleasant stay and Beth was sympathetic from the first second on.
