Over Machiel
Most of my life I have studied for engineering degrees at schools and Universities.
But I also have other interests, such as politics, economics, literature, the arts, and helping people through my volunteering work.
I have studied at the LTS, MTS , HTS in the Netherlands, after that I studied for one year as a part-time student at the TU Delft, before acquiring my Master of Arts degree from the George Mason University in Virginia, the United States. Currently, I am enrolled as a PhD student at the University of Western Australia.
As you can see I am a go-getter and I constantly redefine my professional and personal goals to get ahead in life.
Please let me help you, if you want to get ahead with your English conversation skills, preparing your presentations, technical reports for school/university, or your literature analysis school tasks.

I like to approach my 30 or 60 minute lessons organically. Which means that you can decide what direction we go during the lesson. As I currently live in Australia, I can only offer my lessons online at the moment.
Please also mind the time difference. The time difference can be best explained as follows, when you eat breakfast, I am eating lunch, when you eat lunch, I am eating dinner, and when you eat dinner, I am sound asleep.
My many years of experience as a student at schools and Universities in the Netherlands, the US and Australia make me well-equipped to understand your needs as a student.
Also, I am planning to take the Cambridge accredited CELTA course to even better serve you.
I like to help you with technical and academic report writing, for your vocational or educational tertiary engineering studies.
I can also help you with practising your conversational English or help you prepare for your presentation for your tertiary vocational or educational institute.
Additionally, I am available to help secondary school students to analyse classical English literature.
