Over Stan
Hi, I'm Stan. I'm a TEFL-certified English teacher living in Amsterdam. I joined SuperProf to offer you fun, online English lessons, where I will help you achieve you language dreams.
Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to more advanced learners. Together, we will identify your learning needs, areas to improve and we will see what works best for you.
Maybe you are traveling and need to communicate better? Maybe you are studying for a difficult test, writing a paper or preparing for a job interview? Or maybe you just want to talk?
We can talk about anything: culture, politics, Wikipedia, viral videos, rock and roll... Those are some of the things I like and I'm very excited to hear what your interests are.
Whatever your reason, I'm here to help you understand more, speak fluently and sound natural. I guarantee that by the end of our lesson, you will like the English language a little more.

Everyone has different learning needs - my goal is to create engaging lessons, allowing Students to work at their own pace and participate actively in classes. Students themselves choose what they want to learn and how they prefer to learn it.
Typical lesson materials include games, short reading materials, songs, puzzles, vocabulary building exercises, conversations, repetition and more - all specifically designed for the purpose of the lesson. Homework assignments are optional but highly recommended, depending on Student's schedule and learning style.
I'm good at facilitating conversation, interested in what my Students have to say and I can go on forever about where English words came from and how they changed. I hope to see you soon!
