Alessandra Marangon is geboren in Padova, Italië, waar ze operazang studeerde aan het Conservatorio di Musica Cesare Pollini. Momenteel is ze master student aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium te Den Haag.
Alessandra heeft als koorzangeres gewerkt in verschillende producties, waaronder Orfeo ed Euridice van Gluck in het OperaEstate festival, en Suor Angelica van Puccini in het Teatro Barbarigo te Padova. Ook was ze Annina in La Traviata in een productie van de Figaro Opera Society in Venetië.
Naast opera heeft ze ook opgetreden als actrice in verschillende producties van het Istituto Nazionale Del Dramma Antico, een instituut gericht op de vertolking van oud Grieks drama.

Alessandra Marangon is an Italian soprano.
She studied Opera Singing in her hometown of Padua (Conservatorio di Musica Cesare Pollini) and she is currently a Master student at Koninklijk Conservatorium - Den Haag under the guidance of the dutch tenor Amand Hekkers.
During her studies, she participated to masterclasses with Barbara Frittoli, Ramón Vargas, Michael Chance, as well as opera studios and workshops with the stage directors Gianmaria Aliverta and Floris Visser.
Alessandra made her debut in 2017 as Prima Conversa in Puccini’s Suor Angelica produced by Cantiere all’Opera and directed by Mara Zampieri at Teatro Barbarigo (Padova) and in 2019 as Annina in Verdi’s La Traviata produced by Figaro Opera Society (Venice). She also worked as a choir member in Mantua for the Conservatorio di Musica Lucio Campiani and in Venice, Padua and Bassano del Grappa (with the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto directed by Marco Angius) in Vivaldi’s Gloria and in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice (Iris Ensemble Choir, OperaEstate Festival).
Beside this, she specialized in Ancient Greek Drama, performing in numerous productions in the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and in the archaeological site of Akrai for the National Institute of Ancient Drama (INDA).

I offer lessons to singers from any genre and level. The lesson is tailored to each student and I am happy to offer some practice material after the lesson (practice sheets, tutorials, etc) on request!
In the first lesson, I assess the level, the path done and the aims of each student. The aim of the lessons is to provide the student with the tools and knowledge to gain body and vocal awareness and to chose his/her own artistic path. The parametres we will improve are: listening and awareness, vocal technique, musicality, expression and interpretation.
I have been also attending speech therapy sessions and I have studied vocal anatomy, therefore I am very careful about vocal health and vocal hygiene.

Perfect! Alessandra is a wonderful teacher! She approaches singing through the body and explains the science behind creating a full sound. Besides the undeniable quality of her teaching, her enthusiasm and kindness make every class a pleasurable moment to look forwards to!

The tariff for regular students include the rent of the space for the lessons, the cost of transportation and the VAT and they are based on the chosen lesson space and frequency of the classes.
