Over Francesca
I have always had a passion for languages which is why I wanted to become an English teacher! I learnt English at a very young age and knowing English has helped open so many doors for me throughout my life. English is the lingua franca and consequently deemed one of the most important languages. I have always loved helping people. Knowing I can help you learn and better your English, whether for future opportunities or simply because it is a language that interests you, makes me very eager to put all my knowledge and effort in helping you. I work very hard in a calm and organized environment but I also know how to adapt based on my students' needs. My extensive experience interacting with diverse cultures has fostered an open-minded attitude and a strong capacity for adaptation. My priorities are to always make the classroom a place where learning takes place whilst at the same time ensuring students feel comfortable and happy as that is how the best learning can take place.

My lesson structures are extremely beneficial for students because they are logical, well organised and most importantly student-centered so that engagement and understanding is maximized. Lesson topics are catered to the appropriate age groups with clear contexts. Each lesson has an aim to be achieved which helps set goals but most importantly ensures that students can achieve that aim and finish the lessons having learnt new and useful information for whichever skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking) or system (grammar). Students get a clear introduction to the topic and lesson type and are then given plenty of room to learn, engage, practice and collaborate making sure that knowledge is broadened but whilst always feel comfortable within the classroom environment.
