My main priority:
Teach you how to lift. I want you to walk into the gym by yourself and be confident in what you are doing after having worked with me. I want you to feel safe and empowered.
Strength training is my passion, and this is what I am specialized in. In my spare time I am a powerlifter as well. Training is both my passion and job.
I also help you get rid of jojo-dieting and let go of an all-or-nothing mentality. I want you to feel freedom around food, and live life fully present.
Education:
Bachelor's in Health Psychology
Bachelor's in Nutrition
Certified Strength Coach and personal trainer
Currently doing a Masters in Interdisciplinary Health Research. I am researching women with obesity's experience training with a personal trainer, and how it impacts well-being.
I work online as well as in-person. I have a fully equipped home gym, so you can train in a quiet environment without anyone else around. If you live in the nearby area of Dendermonde, I can also come to you.
