I hold a BA in Linguistics and have spent several years working in the tech industry on American English accent localization for virtual assistants, developing expertise in pronunciation, phonetics, and natural-sounding communication. I also have experience tutoring international students at an American university, helping them strengthen their academic writing, grammar, and confidence using English in professional and academic settings.

My lessons can be tailored to any skill level. Are you a complete beginner who wants to get the basics down? Great! Are you an advanced speaker who wants to achieve a more native-sounding accent and sentence structure? I would love to work with you!
Unlike many tutors who rely only on their native intuition to teach English, I am also a trained linguist and can clearly explain the technical building blocks of English — from grammar and phonetics (building blocks to more perfect pronunciation), to sentence structure and writing conventions. Lessons are fully customizable to each student’s needs and may include conversation practice, pronunciation coaching, grammar deep-dives, or professional and academic English.
Individual and group lessons can both be arranged.
