Hello! My name is Stassi, and I’m a passionate and qualified English teacher with several years of experience helping students achieve their language goals. I hold an internationally recognized TEFL certificate and have taught learners from a wide range of backgrounds, from high school and university students to working professionals and beginners just starting their English journey.

As an English teacher, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment tailored to each student's goals and learning style. I use a mix of communicative and task-based methods, which means we focus on real-life language use through conversation, writing, listening, and reading exercises. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, improving your academic writing, or simply building confidence in speaking, I adapt each lesson to your level and pace.
A typical lesson starts with a short review of previous material, followed by a clear lesson objective—for example, improving pronunciation, learning phrasal verbs, or writing an argumentative essay. I use authentic materials such as articles, videos, and podcasts, combined with structured exercises to build grammar and vocabulary. We always finish with a short recap and a bit of feedback so you know what to work on next.
My strengths lie in clarity, patience, and helping students gain confidence in their language skills. I have experience working with high school (VWO/HAVO), university students, and adults preparing for IELTS or TOEFL exams. My lessons are ideal for intermediate to advanced learners, but I also work with motivated beginners.
