Hello! I’m Georgia, a native English speaker with a TEFL certification and a BCom Law degree. I graduated in the top 1% for English in South Africa, and I’m passionate about helping students improve their confidence and ability in English.
My lessons are supportive, engaging, and adapted to each student’s goals. Whether you want to improve conversational English, develop professional communication for business, or strengthen your academic writing and comprehension, I focus on practical skills that students can use in real life.
I also teach economics and business in English at high school level, helping students clearly understand key concepts while improving their academic English at the same time.
I work with international students, professionals, and high school learners from beginner to advanced levels. My goal is always to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions, practising their skills, and making real progress.

My goal as a teacher is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel confident speaking English and asking questions. I believe the best way to learn a language is through practical conversation and real-world application rather than memorisation alone.
My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s goals. For conversational English, we focus on natural speaking, pronunciation, and vocabulary used in everyday life. For business English, we work on professional communication, presentations, meetings, and workplace vocabulary. For students, I also provide support with essay writing, structuring arguments, and improving academic English for international study.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation to build confidence and identify areas to improve. We then work through targeted exercises such as vocabulary expansion, discussion topics, writing practice, or exam-style questions depending on the student’s goals. Lessons always end with feedback and clear tips for improvement.
As a native English speaker with a TEFL qualification and a BCom Law degree, I bring strong communication and analytical skills to my teaching. I was also in the top 1% for English in South Africa when I completed high school, which helps me guide students in academic writing and clear expression.
My lessons are suitable for:
