Over Léa
I am a first-year Biology bachelor’s student with a long-standing passion for teaching. My own love for biology began during secondary school, and I hope to one day teach the subject myself.
Both of my parents are teachers, so teaching has always been a big part of my life. I even spent my childhood playing “teacher” with my younger brother, and I started tutoring for real when I was 14!
Over the years, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy helping others understand complex topics, I love finding different ways of explaining things and adapting to each student’s learning style, personality and needs.

I am a patient and friendly person, and I truly believe that learning is much more effective when students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes!
As a native French speaker, I can help students develop both their written and spoken French, including pronunciation, natural conversation, grammar and preparation for school tests. I also speak fluent English, so I can explain difficult concepts clearly to students who are not yet comfortable learning entirely in French.
Having completed all of my pre-university studies in French, I also have plenty of resources at hand, such as literature, useful websites and learning materials, which I would be happy to share with my students!
I have previous experience with tutoring, so I am comfortable working with children and teenagers and adapting my teaching style to different ages, levels and personalities.
