Over Matteo
Born and raised in the city of Turin, Italy, I started traveling abroad in search of stimulating and formative work experiences. While working and studying English in London, I nurtured my passion for food and travel in Italy. Later, I moved to the Netherlands, where I continued working in the field, both for an Italian wine supplier and for a highly successful Italian restaurant. A second significant formative experience was in Canada, where I had the opportunity to teach snowboarding for about six months in the mountains near Vancouver, connecting with people from all over the world. Upon returning from this experience, I decided to open a farm stay in the Piedmont hills, creating a glamping-focused structure that offers treehouse accommodations, scenic picnics, and a small farm-to-table restaurant. I am currently in the Netherlands, looking for a new project that allows me to make the best use of my network and the knowledge I’ve gained over the years.
