Hi! My name is María, and I’m a Spanish student at the University of Twente. I have over 5 years of experience teaching both Spanish and English to people of all ages and in many different learning environments.
I’m passionate about languages and love sharing that passion with my students. Over the years, I’ve developed and refined a variety of teaching methods to make my classes dynamic, fun, and practical. My goal is to adapt to each student’s needs so that learning is not only effective but also enjoyable.

Over the years, I’ve developed a flexible and student-centered approach to teaching. I believe that the best way to learn a language is through a balance of structure and creativity. That’s why I combine clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary with interactive activities such as role-plays, games, and guided conversations.
I also adapt my lessons to each student’s goals and learning style. Some students learn best through visual aids, others through practice and repetition, and some through cultural immersion — I make sure to integrate the right mix for everyone. My main goal is to keep the classes dynamic, enjoyable, and relevant, so that students not only learn the language but also feel confident using it in real situations.
