I am a third student of International Business Administration. I speak fluently Spanish, Catalan, English and Polish. I have lived most of my life in Spain, near Barcelona. I finished my high school education in Spain and I did the national exams in Spanish. My whole life I had been surrounded by Spanish culture and Latino American culture. Three years ago I have started tutoring Spanish. I deeply enjoy helping students to achieve their goals and I am very proud and happy seeing my students achieve their goals. That’s why I would like to help other students with Spanish !

In the past I had problems learning English, at the end I had discovered that is was never my fault but the teacher's. That’s why I believe that learning should be personalised. However, I believe that a good way of learning is to memorise few new words each week and apply them, that’s why during the lesson I write with the translation all the words that the student did not understand and I ask him to learn them for the next lesson, during which I pick few words and ask him to form a sentence. Also I like to give my student flash cards or quizzes. However, I still believe doing exercises is a key to learn any language that’s why I do not forget about them.

Hi! Amelia is my teacher already for 3 years and I do not wish to have any other teacher! We started our lessons with reviewing things that I had in school but she explained it very well and I learned quickly everything. After few lessons we started doing more advanced material than what we did in class. Right now we have finished the material I had for my 4 years long high school and we are doing more advanced materials. When I have an exam Amelia always created specific exercises for what we did in school and thanks to her in the best in my class! I believe she explains very good and she is not a boring teacher for sure ! She finds fun ways of learning but also she adapted to my style which is more traditional rather than innovative
