I am very passionate about my art, I run my own instagram page where people are able to request an art piece. (Opgeslagen informatie)
Besides art I take interest in growing flowers and indoor plants.
A little side hobby is collecting rocks and crystals.
My mother tongue is Dutch but I was raised to speak both English and Dutch fluently.
After I graduated highschool I moved to Edinburgh totry something different, there I was a part-time art teacher in University. I returned back to Belgium right before Covid happened.

I keep it real, during my time of teaching I always want to find ways to make the lessons more interactable instead of just doing exercises. This approach has helped many of my students to engange with each other and me as a teacher.
Communication is key and when working together the students also learn to express their opinion in a safe environment.
It is my job to guide them into communicating with each other and help them when needed.
I noticed that my students learned a lot faster when working together on an exercise rather than working alone.
