I am from Italy and my journey through the world of movement began with a passion for sports and the performing arts, eventually leading me to specialize in circus arts with a focus on handstands. After honing my skills and working as an acrobat and choreographer across Europe, I returned to Italy to pursue my true calling—teaching Pilates.
With certifications in Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac Pilates, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a creative, personalized approach to every class. My teaching style is a harmonious blend of strength, precision, and fluidity, designed to help you build a strong foundation, enhance your flexibility, and improve overall body awareness.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes offer something for everyone. My unique background allows me to connect deeply with people, understanding their individual needs and helping them achieve their personal wellness goals.

We set a goal and work on it together class by class. Comparison and communication are the basis. Each class will be original, you will always learn new things. I like to share my knowledge and work with people who are eager to learn, the goal is important but I like to make the course a satisfying experience. Classes are for all levels, online and in-person. Aimed at all ages.
