I was a track and field 400m specialist in university in the United States, before getting of Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Colorado. I worked with US armed forces, professional athletes (MLS, NFL, NBA), and then worked in a private clinic where I helped transition youth athletes to college or professional sports. I begin with a movement and strength analysis, identifying weak points in the body. I teach basic movements to address these deficits, before moving into more complex, sport/life specific movements. If you are an athlete, I can go to the field or track with you to do sport specific training, and I can provide long term programming (3-18 month plans) for strength and speed development.
