Over Paola

Originally from Italy, I now live in the Netherlands, a country I proudly call home. Living here has allowed me to experience a beautiful blend of cultures and has deepened my appreciation for mindfulness, connection, and well-being.
My journey combines science, movement, and sound. I hold a Master’s degree in Movement Science and I’m a certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 60-hour Yin Yoga certification. This background helps me create sessions that are both intuitive and grounded in an understanding of the body and relaxation.

I also offer meditative Tibetan Sound bath session. If you are interested check my other advertising and if you have any question feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect.

On site classes in the Haarlem area.

In my yoga classes, you'll experience thoughtful guidance through each pose, helping you develop a deeper understanding of the asanas and cultivate a strong and balanced practice.

I also offer:

Tibetan Sound Bath sessions: designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

Yin Yoga in combination with Tibetan singing bowls: while you are holding the classic Yin yoga poses a Tibetan bowl will be placed on your body allowing you to deeply relax into the pose.

Join me for a transformative journey of relaxation, awareness, and inner peace.
