Hello! I’m a native English speaker with a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics specialising in optics, photonics , and solid state physics. With over five years of tutoring experience in maths and physics, I’m passionate about helping students improve their grades and build real confidence in their abilities.
I understand that maths and physics can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I always aim to create a patient, supportive, and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to make complex topics understandable and even enjoyable.
I’ve worked with students from many different backgrounds, including international students and those studying in both English and Dutch school systems. Whether you're preparing for final exams, need help with homework, or want to strengthen your problem-solving skills, I’m here to support you.

I offer personalised maths and physics lessons for high school and university students, tailored to each student’s level and learning style. I use a step-by-step approach, explaining concepts clearly while solving problems together. I encourage questions and guide students to think critically, rather than just memorizing formulas.
During lessons, I work through examples while explaining each step in detail. This allows students to see how to approach problems methodically. We often begin with a quick review of previous material or homework, then focus on new topics or specific challenges the student wants to address. I also help students prepare for tests and exams with targeted practice and study strategies.
My background in Engineering Physics allows me to explain both high school and university-level topics clearly, from basic algebra to Quantum mechanics.
Lessons are available for all levels of high school and MBO/HBO/WO students. I also support students who prefer learning in English, and I’m happy to help with specific curricula or exam preparation.
